Prior to forming this company, he was an officer for the property acquisition
division of American Express and the Senior Vice President for the San
Diego-based syndicator, the Windsor Group. Mr. Robinson also was an
officer and directed the Property Management division of the George
Elkins Company, a large West-Coast real estate company, established
in 1922. Prior to these positions, he was in charge of overseeing the
Asset Management activities of Allstate Insurance Company's investment
portfolio with 5.5 million sq. ft. of property in 23 cities. He has managed, purchased and developed over 6500 residential units
and 10 million sq.ft. of commercial property, nation-wide, with a combined
value in excess of one billion dollars. He has successfully increased
value in many buildings and overseen the construction of property and
major capital improvements. He is qualified to be appointed by the court as a receiver or work
with borrowers and lenders to improve operating results for most types
of properties. Mr. Robinson has successfully managed property and divisions
in several other cities and states and can effectively manage "off-site"
property and personnel. As a property owner, he is aware of the issues important to owners.
Because he has worked with a diverse group of owners - from small single
investment investors to corporate owners and Trustees such as J.P. Morgan,
Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America and Northern Trust - he knows each
owner has their own priorities. Similar properties can be managed very
differently depending on the owner's objectives. He strives to provide
the most creative real estate options that will meet their objectives
and maximize the return on investment. Mr. Robinson has written several articles for various publications,
spoken at meetings and directed real estate workshops. He is dedicated
to providing quality service at reasonable prices and highly values
integrity and personal relationships. He believes it is these long-standing
relationships that are the most valuable aspect of his business.
